Berdimuhamedov approved the cost of vouchers in the sanatorium of Turkmenistan

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved the cost of vouchers for receiving medical and health-improving assistance in the sanatoriums of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, having signed a relevant Resolution at a government meeting held today, the “Vatan” news program of Turkmen television reported.

The document was signed “in order to ensure the effective use of the services of sanatoriums by citizens, known throughout the world for healing waters and climate, as well as to establish the cost of the vouchers issued to them,” the Resolution says.

When signing the document, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that concern for the health and well-being of the people is one of the key aspects of the country's internal policy.

Within the framework of the State Program “Saglyk” and other large-scale socio-economic programs in the capital and in all regions, new medical, sanatorium and tourist facilities are being commissioned.

Noting the importance of the proposed measures in order to effectively use the potential of health institutions, the President of Turkmenistan addressed specific instructions to Deputy Prime Minister Gadyrgeldy Mushshikov.
