Five Istanbul restaurants have received Michelin stars, reports the publication Bloomberg.
Turk Fatih Tutak is marked with two stars.According to the correspondents of the publication, the restaurant has earned the recognition of connoisseurs of high cuisine thanks to a sophisticated interpretation of traditional Turkish dishes and a wide variety of menus based on Turkish culinary traditions from Aegean baby squid to lamb with okra milk and buffalo yoghurt.
Istanbul restaurants Mikla, Araka, Neolokal and Nicole received one Michelin star each.
