Chinese auto parts will arrive in Iran by rail through the territory of Turkmenistan

A container train with automotive components left the Chinese northeast station Jingan on the route Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran. The press service of “Kazakhstan Railways” JSC reported about this.

The train, consisting of 50 containers with a volume of forty feet each, will pass through the territory of Kazakhstan through the border crossings of Altynkol and Bolashak, then through the Incheburun station on the Iranian-Turkmen border to its destination - Jolfa station (Iran).

As notes the source, such transportation of goods is much faster than by sea. Thus, the delivery time for containers along the China-Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran railway route has been halved.

Another advantage is that more gentle delivery is ensured.
