The International Conference & Expo on the Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical and Energy Sectors of Turkmenistan (CIET-2025) opened at the Avaza National Tourist Zone, marking one of the year’s key business events. The forum runs from November 3 to 4, 2025, and brings together representatives from leading economic sectors in Turkmenistan and abroad.
CIET 2025 aims to strengthen international cooperation, attract innovation and investment in the construction, industrial, and energy sectors, and foster mutually beneficial partnerships among government agencies, financial institutions, and private companies.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, the State Concern Türkmenhimiýa, State Agency for Management of Road Construction in Turkmenistan, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, in partnership with the Ashgabat City Administration.
The forum is designed to promote regional cooperation in construction and energy, develop industrial potential, establish free industrial zones, and facilitate the exchange of expertise in implementing modern technologies.
Participants will discuss pressing issues in construction, industry, and energy, as well as public utilities. Special attention will be given to new infrastructure and investment projects, including the second phase of the Arkadag smart city, which will include medical and processing clusters.
