The organizers of the world’s main film award have decided on the host of the 97th Academy Awards. The prestigious event has been entrusted to the famous TV host and comedian Conan O’Brien, Film.ru reports with reference to THR.
The future Oscar host has an impressive career behind him. O’Brien began his career as a talented screenwriter for TV projects the comedy show Saturday Night Live and the cult animated series The Simpsons. Since 1993, he has successfully realized himself as the host of his own popular evening show.
The award ceremony will take place on the night of March 2-3, 2025. The intrigue will continue until January 17 that’s when the nominees for the coveted golden statuette will be announced.
