The construction of a gas chemical plant for the production of polyvinyl acetate will begin in the Dashoguz velayat, according to today's “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.The main area of application of polyvinyl acetate is the production of polyvinyl acetate adhesive (PVA).
Also, acrylic and water-based paints are made on its basis, it is also used for the manufacture of polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl acetate.
In this regard, the State Concern “Turkmengas” announces an international tender for the design and construction of this plant on a turnkey basis on the basis of direct investments with the condition of production sharing in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Hydrocarbon Resources”.
