The faculty of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan has held an online lecture with higher schools of Pakistan at the Centre of Global and Strategic Researches. The future Pakistan historians, diplomats and political scientists have taken part in the lecture “The policy of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.
Senior teacher of IIR, candidate of philosophical sciences of Begench Karaev noted that the given lecture gives a fine possibility to learn about various aspects of the policy of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan.
On the three-dimensional diplomacy was touched upon in the speech of senior teacher of the higher educational school Perhat Charyev. The lecturer stated that in spheres of power energy, transport and economy together with Pakistan various perspective projects are realised.
During the event it was pointed out that the neutrality of Turkmenistan has become an important tool of maintenance of regional and international cooperation, support of mutual trust.
Also today the agreement between Institute of International Relations of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Institute of Possibilities and Security of Europe, which purpose development of the Turkmen-French scientific-educational relations, exchange of experience in preparation of experts of high level was signed.
Representatives of the Turkmen side, having spoken with a welcoming speech, noted that the future Turkmen diplomats study French, which is popular all over the world and recognised as one of United Nations official languages.
Our higher educational school also studies specificity of work of the French diplomatic service, scientific activity of famous French diplomats, the theory and scientific bases of advanced experience of France in bilateral and multilateral negotiations, rector of IIR Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiev said.
Signing the document, representatives of the Turkmen higher educational school stated that they will promote activization of multi-plane relations directed to development of cooperation with the French Republic in political, trade and economic, cultural-humanitarian spheres, and strengthening of its scientific bases.
During the ceremony importance of realisation of joint scientific and educational projects, carrying out of meetings and organisation of visits was underlined.
