1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the commissioning ceremony of the second stage of the Lebap cement plant with a capacity of 1 million tons of cement per year in the Koytendag etrap of Lebap velayat. The new plant will provide high-performance, cost-effective and environmentally friendly production of cement needed for construction in Turkmenistan.

On election day, March 17, from 8:00 to 20:00, 5 polling stations will be open in different cities of Turkmenistan - Ashgabat, Turkmenbashy, Turkmenabad, Mary and Dashoguz.To participate in voting, citizens of the Russian Federation who have reached the age of 18 must present a valid Russian passport (domestic, foreign, official or diplomatic).
If you lose your passport, you are permitted to present a certificate of entry/return to the Russian Federation.Remote electronic voting is not provided for Russians in Turkmenistan.
