1.The working visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the Republic of Türkiye has ended.As already reported, on March 2, the head of the Halk Maslahaty, at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, took part in the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.
In his speech, the National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that the current situation in the system of international relations poses a number of serious issues to the world community, affecting, in fact, not only politics, economics and law, but also ethical legal norms and relations of honor and dignity.
2. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree conferring the honorary title Ene mähri on mothers of large families. The head of state noted the important role of mothers, who carry out great work to preserve the sacred family hearth, raise their sons and daughters with dignity, and strengthen the unity of Turkmen society.
3.The issue of holding the Days of Armenian Culture in Turkmenistan was discussed during a meeting in Yerevan by the Ambassador of Turkmenistan Muhammetgeldi Ayazov and the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia Zhanna Andreasyan.
The parties reportedly agreed to intensify cultural exchanges between the two countries.Issues of cooperation in the humanitarian, educational and sports fields were discussed.
4. A cooperation agreement was signed by representatives of the joint Turkmen-Russian secondary school named after A.S. Pushkin in Ashgabat and Astrakhan State University. The signing ceremony was held at Astrakhan State University within the framework of a television quiz dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi.
5.A delegation from Turkmenistan consisting of university teachers, students, schoolchildren and specialists from digital services departments are participating in the World Youth Festival 2024, which is taking place in Sochi.
In total, the Turkmen delegation consists of 17 people.The grand opening of the festival was held on February 29 at the “Bolshoi” stadium in the federal territory of Sirius.
More than 20 thousand young leaders in the fields of education, science, culture, international cooperation, and volunteerism from more than 180 countries take part in the festival.
