Private enterprise Elin has launched the production of chocolate cream, a company representative told Business Turkmenistan on Tuesday on the sidelines of an exhibition in Ashgabat marking the 18th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
According to the representative, the product is produced in a single format and size and has already entered the domestic market.
The company produces a wide range of milk and dairy products under the Elin brand, including various types of cheese, butter, kefir and sour cream.
“Since last year, we have started producing sausage products under the Taurus brand. We currently manufacture more than 20 types of products, including Adalat, Mergen, Ashgabat, Dagbashy, Dayhan, Gulzar, Dashrabat and Moss. Demand is also growing for meat products such as basturma, govurdak, dried chicken and beef products, as well as chicken rolls,” the company representative said.
Company specialists regularly study international practices in production, test new flavors and work on launching new products aimed at building sustainable consumer demand.
