Embassy of Malaysia in Ashgabat announces scholarship program for international students

The Embassy of Malaysia in Ashgabat announces the start of accepting applications for scholarships under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) for the 2024/25 academic year. The program is intended for qualified candidates from developing countries who wish to obtain a master's degree from leading universities in Malaysia, the Malaysian Embassy in Ashgabat told Turkmenportal.

Key points of the program:

- The scholarship covers tuition fees and provides a monthly stipend of RM3500. - Priority areas of study include science, technology, engineering and mathematics (excluding nursing, medicine and clinical pharmacy). - Other available areas: agriculture, economics, education, ecology, international relations and social sciences. - Application deadline: July 14, 2024. - Applications are accepted online at https://mcp.kln.gov.my/register_scholarship
