Entrepreneur in Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz Velayat Harvests Fruits From 100-Hectare Plot

Entrepreneur Sarybay Hanbayev has managed to get rich harvest form 100 hectares of land in the Gubadag etrap of Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz velayat.

According to Rysgal newspaper’s Monday issue, the private farmer harvested 2 tons of cherries, 5 tons of plums and about 10 tons of apples and pears from 35 hectares of land this year.

The businessman also collected 50 tons of grapes from 5,300 vines planted on a 5-hectare plot.

In addition, Hanbayev collected dozens of tons of crops from a 5-hectare potato field and a 5-hectare onion field. The private farmer cultivated gourds on a 50 hectares of land.

The businessman brought various types of fruit tree seedlings from Uzbekistan and selected best quality local varieties. Entrepreneur Hanbayev is also supplying customers with seedlings of plum, cherry, apple, pear and grape.
