Sapar Palvanov, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Belgium, held a meeting with Peter Verplancken, the head of the regional mission of the Flanders Investment and Trade (FIT) Agency, on Wednesday. The main item on the agenda was the organization of a trade mission to Turkmenistan.
According to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Belgium, this visit will provide a unique opportunity for European companies to expand their presence in the rich and promising market of Turkmenistan.
The meeting also discussed ways to deepen bilateral trade and economic relations.
The Flanders Investment and Trade Agency assists companies based in Flanders in conducting export operations and attracts foreign companies and investments to the region.
