FIFA Chief: Qatar 2022 World Cup will be held with the spectators

The President of the International Football Federation (FIFA), Gianni Infantino, declared, that the 2022 World Cup in Qatar will be held with spectators in the stadium stands.

“The stadiums will be full. COVID-19 will be defeated by that time, we all will learn to live with it,” Mr. Infantino was quoted as saying by journalist Rob Harris on Twitter.

The World Cup in Qatar will be held from November 21 to December 18, 2022. Earlier, the general director of the organizing committee of the 2022 World Cup placed a priority on the participants’ health and safety of the 2020 World Cup club.
