On 22 December after 15 days of arrest the animal rights activist Galina Kucherenko was released. Currently Galina is at home in Ashgabat.
No other details have been reported.
Let us recall that on 7 December a group of unidentified individuals, who introduced themselves as law enforcement officers, broke into Galina’s apartment.
They broke the metal door and forcibly detained the mother and daughter.By the evening Valeria was released with a 50 manat fine being imposed on her for resisting arrest.
Galina Kucherenko received a 15 day sentence.
