By 2025, a new type of legal partnership will appear in Germany the “responsible partnership”. It does not involve romantic relationships, but gives people the opportunity to unite for mutual assistance. Euro-pulse.ru writes about this.
“Responsible partnership” will become available to pensioners and single parents who rent housing together and want to help each other in everyday matters.
The new partnership model can consist of up to six people.It will be a four-level system.Members of the partnership will receive a number of rights that were previously available only to spouses: simplified registration of joint rental housing, access to medical documents of other members of the partnership.
Companions can choose the list of available rights themselves.
It is important to note that a “liable partnership” does not affect the rules of inheritance. In the event of the death of one of the group members, the heirs of the property will be close relatives and children of the deceased.
