The year “Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar” was filled with historically significant transformations.A joint meeting held on January 21, 2023 with the participation of public representatives from all regions of the country played a decisive role in strengthening the foundations of the country’s sovereignty and regulatory framework, and improving public administration.
As a result, taking into account the centuries-old experience of our ancestors in government, the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan was created.
Great success has been achieved in all sectors of the economy of the Fatherland, which celebrated the 32nd anniversary of independence.Our united people, united in work, are immensely proud of the great achievements in the fields of industry, agriculture, healthcare, science and education, culture, which became possible thanks to your motto “The Motherland is the Motherland only with the people!” The state is a state only with the people!”
In the city of Arkadag, which has become a grandiose project of our time and exemplary in all respects, the necessary conditions have been created for self-improvement, scientific activities and training of representatives of the younger generation. In the year when the 28th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s neutrality was celebrated, we witnessed the growing active position of our country in the system of international relations. This is fully evidenced by the successful results of your visits to friendly countries and the agreements reached during them.
Your participation in the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York in 2023, as well as your speech and initiatives announced at it, will go down in history as a remarkable date.
Of great importance in the context of expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats is your participation in forums, summits and conferences organized abroad.
The international authority of the Fatherland was increased by widespread support for Turkmenistan’s proposals submitted for consideration by the General Assembly of the United Nations and the UN Special Agency for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Affairs (UNESCO), and the adoption of relevant resolutions.

As You note, the younger generation should cherish the Fatherland, independence and neutrality like the apple of their eye.I firmly believe that the international conference and exhibition organized in the last days of 2023, which are dedicated to the achievements, creative initiatives and contribution of young people to the development of our Motherland, will inspire them to creativity, give them confidence in the future and the desire for fruitful work.
