On May 23 was a telephone conversation between Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Milli Gengesh Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Farid Mukhametshin.
During a telephone conversation, the interlocutors discussed issues of bilateral inter-parliamentary relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and Tatarstan in a wide range of areas.
As reports the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, the chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Turkmen parliament congratulated his colleague on his 75th birthday and wished him long life, health, family well-being and success in work.
Then Hero Arkadag invited the Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan to visit Turkmenistan at any convenient time and expressed confidence that the upcoming visit would give a new impetus to the development of bilateral inter-parliamentary relations.
