Honored and People's Dog Breeders of Turkmenistan will receive one-time bonuses and monthly salary increments. This is stated in the Laws on the establishment of these honorary titles, which came into force in Turkmenistan today.
“Persons awarded the honorary title “People's Dog Breeder of Turkmenistan” are paid a one-time bonus in the amount of five times the minimum wage and a monthly supplement to wages, salaries, pensions, state allowances, and stipends in the amount of 30 percent of the minimum wage is established.
And persons awarded the title of “Honored Dog Breeder of Turkmenistan” are paid a one-time bonus in the amount of four times the minimum wage and a monthly supplement to wages, salaries, pensions, state allowances, scholarships in the amount of 20 percent of the minimum wage is set,” is states in the Laws of Turkmenistan, published today in the central newspapers of the country.
It is also noted in the regulations that the National and Honored Dog Breeders of the country also enjoy other benefits established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.
The honorary titles “People's Dog Breeder of Turkmenistan” and “Honored Dog Breeder of Turkmenistan” are state awards and are awarded by the decree of the head of state.
These honorary titles can be awarded to both citizens of Turkmenistan and foreigners.
The badges and their pads are made of gilded 925 sterling silver.

And on the last Sunday of April this year, together with the National Day of the Turkmen Horse, Turkmenistan will celebrate the Day of the Turkmen Alabay for the first time.
