Humanity needs Turkic-Islamic culture, unity and justice, Yalcin Topcu, adviser to the President of Turkey, said in an exclusive interview with Trend.

According to Topcu, with the help of energy resources, human potential, and their geostrategic location, the Turkic states have the opportunity to establish the most powerful and valuable unity of the current century.

“During our times of power, no peoples or representatives of other religions were oppressed, and the world lived in peace and prosperity. History bears witness to the humanity still needing our culture and our sense of justice,” the presidential adviser said.

Topcu believes that, through their economic, military and cultural union, Turkic countries will create such an opportunity for the humanity.

The presidential adviser also noted that Turkic countries strengthened their relations in 27 years since gaining their independence and managed to reach a very remarkable level of unity.

"Many important projects aimed at the future of these countries were implemented between them since their independence. The peoples of Turcophone countries have always supported the strengthening of fraternal relations, and do so to this very day," Topcu said.
