The individual enterprise Nurana Taslama invites residents of Turkmenistan to take part in the shared construction of a residential complex of 52 one-story houses in the Ahal velayat.
According to the approved project, construction will start in October 2023 on the territory of the “Watan” livestock farm in the Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal velayat. Completion of construction is scheduled for 2025.
The residential unit is a one-story 5-room house with a total area of 205 sq.m. it is accompanied by a shed, outbuildings, a garage, and a plot of land of 0,08 hectares.
Participants in a shared construction project who wish to purchase housing in a residential complex under construction pay in advance the cost of residential meters and, thus, participate in the financing of construction.
