III week of October: SCRMET Export Transactions Exceed $15.6 Million

The total amount of transactions at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCREMET) for the past week amounted to $15.6 million, the press service of the SCREMET reported.

Business people from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Hong Kong, Afghanistan, and Serbia bought urea from the "B" brand produced by the state concern Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemistry), liquefied gas and polypropylene produced by the state concern Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil), and medical products manufactured at the enterprises of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.

In addition, various types of textile products were sold at the exchange trading.

Turkmen entrepreneurs purchased polypropylene, handmade carpets and textile products worth more than 54 million 947 thousand 700 manat for the domestic market.

Turkmenistan's State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange registered 33 deals last week.
