In Turkmenistan, a number of enterprises of ministries and hyakimliks will become private property

In Turkmenistan, a number of enterprises of ministries and hyakimliks will become private property. This was announced today at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

In this regard, proposals prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of Turkmenistan and the Strategy for the Management and Reform of Enterprises with State Participation in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025 on the transfer of a number of enterprises under the jurisdiction of ministries and hyakimliks to representatives of the private sector were presented to the leader of the nation.

The trust management mechanism is defined as one of the main financial instruments in this process.

Noting the importance of a thoughtful approach to solving the tasks set in this direction, the head of Turkmenistan addressed a number of specific instructions to vice-premier Gadyrgeldy Mushshikov, the State News Agency reported.
