Indian Embassy in Ashgabat held a webinar "Ayurveda for Nutrition"

The Embassy of India in Turkmenistan organized a webinar on the topic "Ayurveda for Nutrition" for students and teachers of the State Medical University. M. Garryeva.

Ayurveda expert at the Center for Yoga and Traditional Medicine in Ashgabat Dinesh Baruakh made a presentation on the benefits of healthy eating based on the Ayurvedic concept.

At the end, the participants were given brochures with information about Ayurveda, healthy lifestyle and medicinal plants.

The event was held as part of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of India's independence and in honor of the 6th Day of Ayurveda, according to the social networks of the Embassy.

This is not the first such event held jointly by the Embassy and the Turkmen Medical University on the topic of the traditional system of Indian traditional medicine. As a reminder, an online lecture on the benefits of Ayurveda was also held last year.
