Institute of Chemistry’s Collected Research Papers Published

Published by Ylym, the eighth edition of collected research papers and innovations by research workers of the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan has just come out.

It boasts 50-plus papers co-authored by leading specialists of research institutes, industrial enterprises, and academic research staff of higher education institutions.They focus on the use of economically efficient research findings in import-substituting production, the adoption of the latest technologies and innovative solutions, and the manufacture of products able to compete in world markets.

The Institute of Chemistry has been conducting research activities, working closely with enterprises in the leading sectors of the economy: Turkmenhimiya, Turkmengas and Turkmenneft State Concerns, Turkmengeology State Corporation, enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Communications, agricultural producers, and entrepreneurs.

The Institute’s staff members have been granted quite a number of certificates of authorship and patents.The research work substantially contributes to enhancing the quality of petroleum products, preventing corrosion of oil production equipment, as well as tackling other issues related to oil and gas processing.

The edition also features scientists’ proposals on environmentally-friendly, organic and mineral fertilizers with the use of phosphate ore mined in the Magdantly Koytendag deposit that will improve and enrich the soil.

Published in the Turkmen, English and Russian languages, the collected research papers by the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan is intended for specialists in the chemical, oil and gas, water industries, and agriculture, as well as for teachers and research students of field-specific higher education institutions.
