IV week of November: SCRMET Export Transactions Exceed $50.8 Million

The total amount of transactions at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) for the past week amounted to $50,8 million, the press service of the SCRMET reported on Monday.

Business representatives from Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Afghanistan purchased fuel oil produced by Turkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern and carbamide produced by Turkmenhimiya (Turkmen Chemistry) State Concern.

In addition, representatives of business circles from the UAE, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan purchased dyed terry cloth, cotton yarn and denim fabric for foreign currency.

Turkmen businesses purchased cotton waste - delint raw fatty acids, flannel fabric, handmade carpets, bed linen sets, heavyweight calico and raw silk for the domestic market for over 16 million 725 thousand manats.

Last week, the State Commodity Exchange of Turkmenistan registered 29 deals.
