The trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan amounted to $288 million in January-April 2024, according to a report by the State Committee on Statistics of Uzbekistan published on Wednesday.
During the reported period, Uzbekistan imported Turkmen products worth $257.8 million. In the same period, Uzbekistan's exports to Turkmenistan totaled $30.7 million.
Uzbekistan's total foreign trade turnover for the corresponding period was $20.9 billion, an increase of $1.2 billion, or 5.9 percent, compared to the same period in 2023.
The trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan in January-March 2024 was $263.4 million.
