Joint concert of artists from Turkmenistan and Mongolia was held in Ashgabat

On October 12, a joint concert of artists from Turkmenistan and Mongolia was held at the Magtymguly national music and drama theatre.

As the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports, the cultural event was organized within the framework of the first state visit of President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh to Turkmenistan.

A Mongolian delegation consisting of cultural figures and artists arrived in Ashgabat specifically to participate in the concert.

The Friendship Concert became a shining example of taking bilateral relations to a new level, opening the way for spiritual rapprochement between the peoples of both countries.

Representatives of the leadership, specialized institutions, mass media, creative workers of Turkmenistan, faculty and students of universities took part in the opening ceremony.

The concert program included songs, dance and folklore numbers, the source notes.
