Koytendag Quarry Management Produces 714,000 Cubic Meters of Construction Materials

The Koytendag Quarry Management produced 714,350 cubic meters of nonmetallic construction materials in the first 11 months of this year, according to the newspaper Türkmen gündogary, published Thursday.

Output included 214,470 cubic meters of gravel, 317,450 cubic meters of washed sand, 135,480 cubic meters of gravel-sand mix and 46,970 cubic meters of rubble stone. Production growth reached 124.8%.

Since the beginning of the year, work valued at 18.27 million manats has been completed. The financial plan was fulfilled at 102.6%, while overall growth reached 119.8%. The products are used at construction sites across Turkmenistan.

Raw materials for production are extracted from the enterprise’s own quarries, including deposits of gravel-sand mixtures.

Koytendag Quarry Management, part of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, operates 12 quarries and deposits. The enterprise’s designed annual capacity is 1,577,290 cubic meters of nonmetallic materials.
