Turkmen specialist Kurban Berdyev, the head coach of the Dynamo football club, not only prepares his team for the new season, but is also actively involved in the development of children's football in Dagestan.
He visits various youth schools in the republic and conducts master classes for coaches, sharing his rich experience and advice, the press service of Makhachkala residents reports.
Recently, Kurban Berdyev visited the Olympic Reserve School in Kaspiysk and the Youth Sports School of the Ministry of Education and Science of Dagestan in Makhachkala.
He watched the training of young football players of different ages and conducted seminars for their mentors. Berdyev discussed with colleagues various aspects of training athletes, such as tactics, technique, physical form, psychology and motivation.
Earlier, Berdyev had already visited the Pobeda football school in Khasavyurt with a master class and held a seminar for Dagestan children's coaches at the Primorskaya Hotel in Makhachkala.
He also said that he plans to travel all over the republic in order to assess the potential for the development of football in Dagestan, listen to the problems and wishes of children's coaches, convey them to the leadership of the region and help solve them.
