President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, authorizing the Turkmenneft State Concern to sign the contract with Mawy Kenar Joint Enterprise on cleaning up land based oil spills in Balkan Velayat.
The Turkmenneft State Concern jointly with the State Committee of Turkmenistan on Environment Protection and Land Resources and the Balkan Velayat Khyakimlik are instructed to draft the work plan and submit it to the relevant Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for approval.
