Meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the Newly Appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Finland

On June 10, 2026, a meeting took place between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Myahri Bashimova and the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Finland to Turkmenistan (residing in Helsinki), Maria Agre, who presented copies of her credentials.

The parties emphasized the importance of enhancing contacts between the foreign policy institutions of the two countries, as well as strengthening inter-parliamentary relations.Ambassador Agre, in her turn, expressed her readiness to contribute to the further consolidation and deepening of constructive relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Finland.
