Other house-warming parties were celebrated in Mir residential estate on the intersection of Alty Karliyev and Yunus Emre Streets.Construction personnel of contracting organization of the capital administration, Ashgabatstroy Production Association, finished three 9-storey residential houses.
Two of the buildings has 54 apartments and one has 108 apartments.Each building accommodate 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments with comfortable zoning and high ceiling.
Snow-white shapes of 9-storey buildings of modern residential estate look effectively on the background of picturesque landscape of Kopetdag foothills. Together with construction of the buildings, the creation of relative infrastructure as well as the work for planning and tree planting of the territory are carried out.
Soon, Ashgabatstroy Production association plans to start the construction of 54- and 36-apartment 9-storey residential buildings on the territory of Mir residential estate. Divisions of the capital administration won the tender for turnkey construction of six out of thirteen buildings. The project also provides multilevel parking for vehicles, children and sport grounds as well as ceremony facility.
