Museum Exhibition - All Kinds of Fine Arts

The Museum of Fine Arts hosts the exhibition of works by Turkmen artists dedicated to the motto of 2021 "Turkmenistan - Homeland of Peace and Trust". The exhibition showcases paintings, as well as ceramic, jewelry and design works from the Union of Artists of Turkmenistan.

Among the exhibited works, the painting by Shemshat Mammedova "Spring open spaces" attracts with the freshness of the colors. The blooming foothills of the Kopetdag Mountains, where Ahalteke horses romp about one of the favourite plots of Turkmen painters.

However, Shemshat so beautifully distributed the colors over the landscape that her painting "spoke" in a particularly friendly way.In her work, not only emerald grass with scarlet poppies spreads over the foothills, but the mountains themselves are generously colored with pink highlights of early morning.

The painting by People's Artist of Turkmenistan Annadurdy Almammedov "Let's give the globe to children" attracts by an unusual approach to the disclosure of the plot.Annadurdy Almammedov portrayed a girl participating in a children's drawing competition.

The presence of many drawings of other children would make the picture look like a collage, if not for the spellbinding expression of the main character, who was inspired.

Given the title of the picture, it is perceived as very touching.

The chief specialist of the scientific department Nuryagdy Babaev drew our attention to the original work of Dmitry Filippchenko "Dance". In a rare technique of using blue velvet, oil and acrylic, the author depicted dancing horses. The work resembles chasing on metal. The highlighted torsos of the horses create a 3D effect.

On the picture "The Hunters", Mekan Nuryagdyev conveys the moment of the night hunting on gazelles, and Mekan portrayed this so fabulously that it seems that we are on the eve of a miracle that will save gazelles and reward the hunters.

The decorative and applied arts are well represented at the exhibition. Triptych "National embroidery" by Tajigul Kurbanova looks like a designer's work. Each of the three embroideries is made as an applique pattern on a contrasting yellow background.

People's Artist of Turkmenistan Maral Atayeva presents a ceramic vessel with a circus theme.Dzhigits, acrobats, equilibrists take part in the performance along the perimeter of the vessel.

They are greeted by fans of circus art.It is noteworthy that the artist depicted dents and abrasions on the vessel, as if emphasizing that the circus is a very ancient form of art.

Hezret Annageldyev is the author of the vessel, depicting tumar. In his work, Hezret combined two concepts into a single one - long-lived ceramics preserved for thousands of years with the same ancient and unshakable phenomenon as family happiness.

Jeweler Ayjemal Charyeva, the author of the silver necklace "Turkmen Beauty", surprised with her imagination. She depicted a female figurine in national dress in the center of her work. The unusual design brought success to the author.

Highly appreciating the achievements of the artists, we wish them to further develop the Turkmen art with talent and courage, and let peace and trust that reign on the good Turkmen land help them in this.
