This unique megacity constructed under the initiative and with direct support of Hero-Arkadag, enhances magnificence of the surprising architectural shape of our prospering native land.Today, a large-scale work proceeds in the city: all processes are carried out taking into account natural features of the district, organically supplementing the picturesque beauty of foothills.
… in the morning, Hero-Arkadag arrived in the new city to familiarise with the course of work in the territory of the capitally modernised specialised school with profound learning of foreign languages.
There, Hero-Arkadag was warmly welcomed. Vice-President for Medical Activities of the Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Oguljahan Atabayeva informed him on paces of modernisation of the school, which is carried out with the support of the Foundation.
Having heard the information, Hero-Arkadag underlined the significance of equipment of premises of the school, in particular, language and other classrooms, according to the international standards. In this business, first of all it is necessary to be guided by the advanced world practice and to apply modern achievements.
In the educational institution, one should organise various clubs, which will allow the youth to open their abilities. So, besides deep knowledge of foreign languages, schoolchildren can acquire certain skills proceeding from their interests and preferences. Speaking of it, Hero-Arkadag gave necessary recommendations to relevant authorities.
As a whole, the similar organisation of educational process will allow to solve successfully issues in the field of linguistic training of the Turkmen youth with their involvement in the science world.
At the same time, it is necessary to provide the youth with the conditions to practise sports, and for this purpose, one should have outdoor and indoor stadiums.In the sports facilities, presence of which is defined as key goals, young citizens can be engaged in various sports, including track and field athletics.
Besides it, presence of a kindergarten for 320 children attached to the school will transform it into an integral complex for systematic training of competent, qualified rising generation. In a word, similar possibilities will allow young citizens to combine educational and sports classes.
Having also emphasised creation of comfortable premises for parents of schoolchildren, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag underlined the significance of appropriate fulfilment of building and organizational activities.
Then, honoured architect of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag familiarised with the projects representing dynamics of realisation of the second stage and design of projects.
Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the head of city administration G.Mammedova presented the detailed information on projects of industrial and social facilities. As they informed, projects of new buildings and projects to be built are developed according to recommendations earlier given by Hero-Arkadag.
Besides them, decorative materials for the interior of objects, including the buildings of the centre "Arkadag", design projects of equipment of office premises and the plan of location of the site of buildings, in particular, "Gün" electric power station were displayed.
Having in detail familiarised with projects, Hero-Arkadag made a number of remarks and introduced corresponding corrective amendments. As was marked, each object of the second stage of the city should differ with its uniqueness.
Speaking of the electric power station, which will work on renewed energy source, Hero-Arkadag underlined the necessity of application of innovative technological solutions.As to equipment of premises of the centre "Arkadag", especially conference halls and small negotiations halls, then, it is necessary to be guided by modern practice.
Thus, it is important to achieve harmony of comfort and an aesthetic component, Hero-Arkadag said and made corresponding recommendations.
As a whole, the design of the new centre, as well as system of illumination of its premises, should meet the requirements of the time.It also concerns illuminations, which will allow allocating the architectural design of the building and will underline it aesthetically in the evening.
Such complex approach will show distinctive features of erected objects of social and industrial infrastructure.
As to office buildings in the city’s territory, they also should meet modern requirements entirely. In them, all conditions, including for meetings and appropriate work of journalists should be provided. Speaking of it, Hero-Arkadag gave a number of recommendations.
As honoured architect of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag pointed out, in the centuries-old history our people have created unique traditions of national architecture, which has formed today a basis of modern school. These traditions should be shown in the shape of the new city, Hero-Arkadag said.
Then, Hero-Arkadag held a working meeting with participation of D. Orazov, Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan and khyakim of the city G.Mammedova.
The course of work within realisation of the second stage and issues of increase of paces of construction of objects and introduction of digital system in them were discussed.
Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov presented the information on dynamics of work, in particular construction of industrial complexes of the medical cluster and the avenue Ahalteke atlary.
Having noted low rates and non-compliance of the quality of work in the territory of the new city with requirements, including building activities, Hero-Arkadag expressed discontent with the state of affairs and underlined the importance of correction of shortcomings in the shortest terms.
In particular, it is necessary to accelerate construction of the avenue Ahalteke atlary and to place it into operation in the near future, Hero-Arkadag said. It is also necessary to hold under unrelenting control observance of terms and requirements for the quality of the planned work. In that connection, Hero-Arkadag made corresponding recommendations.
The high quality of construction of objects and their commissioning according to the established schedule - a priority.At the same time, it is necessary to be focused on accomplishment of adjoining territories and maintenance of appropriate ecological conditions in the city.
For the successful solution of the goals defined by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in the Program Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state: the National program of social and economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052 as a whole, it is necessary to use the best efforts, Hero-Arkadag underlined.
Then, head of administration of the new city G.Mammedova informed on rates of preparation for the national holiday of Turkmen horse widely marked in the country, and movement of citizens into new houses on the occasion of the significant date. Within the national holiday of Turkmen horse in the city of Arkadag, a special exhibition is planned.
Events to be held in connection with the primordial native land of Akhal-teke horses should be organised solemnly and at high level, Hero-Arkadag said. Presentation of happy new settlers with keys to new apartments on the occasion of the festive event will increase the joy of the celebratory atmosphere.
It is also necessary to prepare broadcasts on traditions of the national art of horse breeding in the homeland of Akhal-teke horses.It is important that teachers and students of the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annayev take an active part in them.
All this will fully display that high respect, which, Akhal-teke horses enjoy in our country.
As Hero-Arkadag noted, in the history there are many events and evidences, which have increased an international recognition of Akhal-teke horses.For example, the Ashgabat-Moscow horse marathon, which took place in 1935.
Then, the distance of 4 thousand 300 kilometres was covered within 84 days - for three days earlier than the given term.This legendary marathon visually displayed to the world endurance of Akhal-teke horses without dependence from climate.
In the new city, which consistently expands the borders, it is also planned to construct a complex of buildings of the Agricultural University. At present, all necessary issues are in details studied. In the long term, this work will make considerable impact in the context of increase of social and cultural level of the city, Hero-Arkadag said.
