The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing ministries, sectoral agencies and the capital’s administration to conclude contracts with local construction enterprises to design and construct modern buildings and facilities along Magtymguly avenue, between Taslama and Tehran streets, to improve surrounding territories and to build and modernize motor roads.
Here, the ensemble of ten 12-storey houses for 72 apartments and six 12-storey houses for 48 apartments offering enhanced comfort will be built, and 5564 meters of motor roads will be paved.
The document prescribes to begin construction works in March 2018 and commission buildings and facilities fully ready for operation in September 2020.
