By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi) Serdarmammet Garajayev was appointed as Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan at International Renewable Energy Agency.
