A group of Turkmen pilgrims, who had performed Hajj to Mecca and Medina, returned to Turkmenistan.
In Medina they visited the burial site of Prophet Muhammad, mosques and other holy places.
After disembarking the plane, the pilgrims expressed their gratitude to President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov for the opportunity to perform Hajj, the state information agency TDH reports.
Let us recall that on 25 July the President of Turkmenistan signed the resolution to permit 153 pilgrims to perform Hajj to Saudi Arabia from 5 to 27 August, 2018.
