New Year's holiday trade has started in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as in the velayats of Turkmenistan. By order of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, it is designed to ensure an abundance of goods for the holidays.
As the head of state emphasized at the next meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, there should be a variety of products on the tables of Turkmen families.
It should be noted that on the eve of the New Year and International Day of Neutrality, mobile retail outlets began operating throughout the country. They are located near central markets and within walking distance from residential areas.
Here you can buy cereals and flour products, confectionery sweets, seasonal fruits and vegetables, drinks, as well as New Year's goods: from decorations and toys to calendars and souvenirs.
A wide range of delicacies is presented in large shopping centers and markets of the capital. In particular, on the shelves there are meat and fish products, cheeses, sausages, canned goods and other delicacies.
