President of Kazakhstan replaces foreign minister

Murat Nurtleu has been appointed Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan. The corresponding decree was signed today by the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the press service of Akorda reports.

In addition, he worked as the ambassador of Kazakhstan to Estonia and Finland.

On January 5, 2022, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev appointed Murat Nurtleu as First Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic.

Since February 2022, Murat Nurtleu has headed the Administration of the President of Kazakhstan.
