President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Wednesday signed a decree on the appointment and dismissal of several prosecutors in the country, according to Turkmen official media.
In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Prosecutor’s Office of Turkmenistan,” second-class jurist Dovrangeldi Kakageldiyev has been appointed prosecutor of Turkmenbashi for supervision over compliance with laws in correctional institutions. Due to the expiration of his term of office, junior justice adviser Rahat Shyhmyradovich Karyev has been relieved of this position.
According to the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, justice adviser Nejep Mammedamanovich Taylyyev has been appointed deputy prosecutor of Mary Province, second-class jurist Perhatberdy Ahmetberdiyevich Medetov has been appointed prosecutor of Boldumsaz District of Dashoguz Province, second-class jurist Aymyrat Baymyradovich Sahedov has been appointed prosecutor of Dashoguz City, and second-class jurist Charyyarmuhammet Orazmuhammedovich Garajayev has been appointed prosecutor of Sayat District of Lebap Province.
Junior justice adviser Nowruz Gurbanovich Amanov has been appointed prosecutor of Serakhs District of Ahal Province and relieved of his position as prosecutor of Gyzylarbat District of Balkan Province.
Junior justice adviser Agamyrat Italmazovich Abdullayev has been appointed prosecutor of Gyzylarbat District of Balkan Province and relieved of his position as prosecutor of Boldumsaz District of Dashoguz Province.
Due to the expiration of their terms of office, junior justice adviser Shohrat Sapardurdyyevich Tayev has been relieved of his position as prosecutor of Serakhs District of Ahal Province, junior justice adviser Toyly Allaberdiyevich Bashimov has been relieved of his position as prosecutor of Sayat District of Lebap Province, and junior justice adviser Rahym Charyyarovich Charyyev has been relieved of his position as prosecutor of Dashoguz City.
