President of Turkmenistan arrived in Kyrgyzstan for the summit of Central Asian countries

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov arrived in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, which will be held today in the city of Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul region, reports Kyrgyz mass media.

Akylbek Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, met the esteemed guest at “Issyk-Kul” International Airport.

It is expected that within the framework of the summit, for the first time, a regional document will be signed - an agreement on friendship, good neighborliness, and cooperation between the countries of Central Asia.

Also bilateral meetings will be held within the framework of the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia.
