President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree and Resolution on the appointment and dismissal of prosecutors in the country at the regular meeting of the State Security Council held on Wednesday, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media.
In accordance with Article 16 of the Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan," Tashliyev Shadurdy Hangeldiyevich, a lawyer of the 1st class, has been appointed as the Prosecutor of Ahal province, and Gurbanov Orazmyrat Annamyradovich, a lawyer of the 1st class, has been appointed as the Prosecutor supervising compliance with the laws in correctional facilities of Ahal province.
Merdan Mahmudovich Pirbabayev, a junior counselor of justice, has been relieved of the position of Prosecutor of Ahal province for improper performance of his duties, and Ulugberdiyev Mekan Ishanguliyevich, a junior counselor of justice, has also been relieved of the position of Prosecutor supervising compliance with the laws in correctional facilities of Ahal province due to the expiration of his term of office.
By the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov's Resolution, the following appointments have been made: Annamuhammedov Batyr Kakamyradovich, a junior counselor of justice, has been appointed as the military prosecutor of Ashgabat, Annamyradov Ahmet Berdimyradovich, a junior counselor of justice, has been appointed as the Prosecutor of Ak Bugday district of Ahal province, Yovshanov Begench Byashimguliyevich, a counselor of justice, has been appointed as the Prosecutor of Etrek district of Balkan province, Hommadow Begli Kakageldiyevich, a lawyer of the 1st class, has been appointed as the Prosecutor of Turkmenbashi district of Balkan province, Atayev Kakajan Dovranovich, a lawyer of the 2nd class, has been appointed as the Prosecutor of Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi district of Dashoguz province, and Yalkabov Byashim Charyguliyevich, a lawyer of the 1st class, has been appointed as the Prosecutor of Vekilbazar district of Mary province.
In accordance with the Resolution signed by the head of state, Melyaev Gurbandurdy Suhanberdiyevich, a counselor of justice, has been appointed as the military prosecutor of Lebap province with dismissal from the position of Deputy Prosecutor of Lebap province.
Furthermore, due to the expiration of their terms, the following individuals have been relieved of their positions: junior counselor of justice Annayev Yakup Meretmuhammedovich Military Prosecutor of Ashgabat, junior counselor of justice Annayev Berdimyrat Niyazberdiyevich Prosecutor of Goktepe district of Ahal province, junior counselor of justice Yelmyratov Meylis Tirkeshovich Prosecutor of Etrek district of Balkan province, counselor of justice Dovranov Ruslan Hamrayevich Prosecutor of Turkmenbashi district of Balkan province, counselor of justice Gonurov Alym Abdullayevich Deputy Prosecutor of Dashoguz province, junior counselor of justice Hojaev Meylis Akmyradovich Prosecutor of Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi district of Dashoguz province, junior counselor of justice Mamiyev Shohrat Terkeshovich Prosecutor of Vekilbazar district of Mary province.
Additionally, due to inadequate performance of their duties, the following personnel have been dismissed: junior counselor of justice Nayyayev Gurbanguly Azadyyevich Prosecutor of Ak Bugday district of Ahal province and counselor of justice Myradov Shatlyk Gundogdiyevich Military Prosecutor of Lebap province.
