President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent his sincere condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev following the partial collapse of a residential building in Magnitogorsk that caused deaths and injuries.
