President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has conveyed heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Emperor Naruhito of Japan on the occasion of his birthday and Japan's national holiday, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media on Thursday.
"I would like to particularly note your personal contribution to strengthening and developing friendly relations between our countries. I express great confidence that these relations will continue to systematically improve," stated the Head of State.
On this auspicious day, President Berdimuhamedov wished Emperor Naruhito robust health, happiness, and prosperity, while extending wishes of peace, continued progress, and prosperity to the people of Japan.
