Princess Leia's white dress from “Star Wars” is up for auction

The white dress of Princess Leia from the movie “Star Wars: Episode 4 - A New Hope” will be put up for auction, writes the portal “MIR 24”.

The dress was designed by fashion designer John Mollo, who won an “Oscar” for it. An item of clothing from the cult film franchise will be sold “by auction” by the Propstore auction house. It is estimated that the final price of the dress could exceed 100 million USD.

In addition to Princess Leia's dress, props from other world-famous films, including “Harry Potter” and “Poltergeist”, are up for auction.
