National Leader of Turkmen people, Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a working visit to Arkadag city on Saturday stated that specialists who will live with their families in the assigned public housing can privatize it after 10 years of work.
In addition, citizens who pay in advance become owners of the housing according to current regulations, the official Turkmen media reported.
In this regard, the Halk Maslahaty Chairman Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov instructed to keep under constant control this issue.
During the visit, the Turkmen leader also met with relevant executives to discuss the organizational structure of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Fund for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.
On Sunday, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree establishing the Arkadag newspaper.
