Putin personally congratulated Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin warmly congratulated his Turkmen counterpart Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his birthday during a telephone conversation today, reports the Kremlin press service.

The report says that the leaders of the two countries “confirmed the mutual intention to comprehensively strengthen the Russian-Turkmenistan strategic partnership”.

The press service of the President of the Russian Federation also reports that earlier Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory telegram to Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Today, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov turned 41.
