To check the availability of fines for violation of traffic rules and quickly pay them, residents of Turkmenistan just need to use the application of the postal company “Turkmenpost” Çapar.
On the main page of the application, select the “GAI fines” section and click on the “Penalties” button in the menu that opens. Next, you should enter the individual registration number of the car, indicating all the letters and numbers in the same way as they are shown on the car's license plate.
By selecting the received fine from the menu, you can immediately pay it with a bank card or through a mobile phone account.
Let us remind, in the Çapar application you can also use other useful services, for example, call a courier, pay utility bills, top up your mobile phone balance, etc.
