The HBO TV channel has announced the release date for “House of the Dragon”, which the prequel of the “Game of Thrones”.
As informs daily.afisha.ru with a reference to the Deadline, the show will start on August 21, 2022.
The “House of the Dragon” will tell about the events, that happened 300 years before the action of the “Game of Thrones”, and the plot will focus on the house of the Targaryens from the time of King Viserys.
The film, which is being produced by George Martin, Ryan Condal and Miguel Sapochnik, is based on Martin’s book “Fire and Blood”.
As notes the publication, the first season of the “Game of Thrones” will have ten episodes. The leading roles in the film were played by Paddy Considine, Olivia Cooke, Matt Smith, Emma D’Arcy, Fabienne Frankel, Rhys Ifans and others.
